About Anythingloves Walk-In Tubs and How Referrals Work

Who We Are

Anythingloves Walk-In Tubs is a referral service. We connect homeowners across the Pittsburgh area with independent providers of walk-in tubs, walk-in showers and tub-to-shower conversions. That is the whole job. Providers do all the work.

Why We Exist

Most people shop for safer bathing after a fall or a scare. We would rather you move sooner.

Spot it early. A slick tub floor. A hard step over the rim. A stiff knee on bath night. A soft spot near the drain. Each one is a small fix first. Left alone, it becomes a bigger repair or an injury.

How Providers Are Matched

You describe your project through the request form, or Request a callback to check provider availability. We pass your details to a provider in our network that serves your town and handles that type of project.

The provider then contacts you, visits if needed and writes the quote. Availability varies by provider, and so do call hours.

What We Ask of Providers

Providers in our network are expected to:

  • Give clear, written quotes with the scope spelled out
  • Explain options in plain language
  • Follow local permit and code rules where they apply
  • Respect your home and your schedule
  • Answer follow-up questions

These are expectations, not promises about any single job. Always read the quote before you agree to anything.

What We Do Not Do

Anythingloves Walk-In Tubs does not install, remove, repair or build anything. We do not set prices, send crews or sign your contract. Your agreement is between you and the provider. We are not an insurer and cannot speak for your policy.

How We Are Paid

Participating providers may pay a referral fee for introductions. The price you are quoted comes from the provider. Asking for an estimate through Anythingloves Walk-In Tubs carries no obligation to hire anyone.

Come Prepared

Photos and notes make estimates faster and more accurate. Before the first visit, gather:

  • A wide photo of the whole bathroom
  • Close-ups of the tub, the floor and any stains or soft spots
  • Doorway width and the room's rough measurements
  • Notes on who uses the bath and what is hard about it
  • Dates of any leaks or past repairs

Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
